Russell J. Fisk, a 30-year-old tattoo artist and owner of the Black Card Tattoo Collective in Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2018. Fisk was driving home from work when he was fatally shot in a random act of violence. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. near Barry Road and North Marston Avenue. Initially reported as a car crash, authorities soon discovered that Fisk had been shot, leading to his death.
