In the early morning hours of November 2, 2019, the life of 58-year-old Mark Kristopher Broome was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. A male victim, later identified as Broome, was discovered lying in the street in the vicinity of Benton Boulevard and Independence Avenue after police were dispatched to the area for a medical call shortly after 4 a.m. Upon their arrival, authorities determined that he had been fatally shot.
