Brian Ronald Kinsey, a 27-year-old police officer from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on October 22, 1997. Officer Kinsey was responding to a domestic disturbance call when he was fatally shot. Upon arriving at the scene, he was shot with a shotgun while approaching the home. Despite falling to the ground, the suspect walked up to him and shot him again.
