Robert Eugene Exford, aged 41, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. Exford was found shot to death inside a vehicle near the intersection of 33rd and Wabash. The incident was a drive-by shooting, and multiple shell casings were recovered from the scene.
