Death by Force

Devin L. Smith, a 31-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on March 4, 2021. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Montgall Avenue. According to reports, officers were dispatched to the area just before 1 p.m. in response to a call about gunfire.
