On the evening of June 30, 2020, 25-year-old Quindell Charles Burrell, a male resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was fatally shot in a city park near 113th Terrace and Ruskin Way. Burrell, known to his loved ones as 'Quinny' or 'Quindelly Dell,' had arranged to meet two brothers for what was reported to be a drug transaction. A witness who accompanied Burrell to the park informed police that she left to go to a store, and upon her return, she discovered Burrell on the ground with a gunshot wound ...
