Curtis Thompkins, aged 33, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred following a fender bender crash that escalated into a violent altercation. According to reports, the shooting took place around 8:45 p.m. on a Saturday night. Officers from the Kansas City Police Department responded to the scene near East 51st Street and Agnes Avenue, where they found Thompkins and another victim, Joseph Smith, 64, with gunshot wounds.
