Kevin Slape, a 50-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot on November 15, 2022, outside a residence located in the 5800 block of East 20th Street. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., and upon arrival, officers found Slape suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
