Devin Harris, a 17-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 29, 2020. Devin was shot and killed near Westport Road and Mill Street following an altercation inside the Throwback KC nightclub. The incident, which resulted in the death of Devin and injuries to four other individuals, marked the 25th homicide in Kansas City that year.
