Theodore Bass-Brooks, a 20-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2014. He was shot to death in the 3600 block of Brooklyn Avenue. The incident occurred in the evening, and police were called to the scene where they found Bass-Brooks suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
