Richard Lamont Hardin, Jr., a 21-year-old male, was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, known for his dedication to his family and his work as a delivery driver. On the night of July 31, 2021, Kansas City police officers were dispatched to the intersection of East 40th Street and Wabash Avenue following reports of gunfire in the area.
