Matthew Calkins, a 35-year-old resident of Gardner, Kansas, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2019. His death was the result of a gruesome crime that shocked the Kansas City community. Calkins was found dismembered and burned in a home in Kansas City, Missouri. The investigation revealed that he had been shot twice before his body was dismembered using an electric saw and set on fire.
