Jose Alvarenga

On December 19, 2008, at approximately 4:55 a.m., 40-year-old Jose Alvarenga was fatally shot during a home invasion at his residence on Avenue V in Houston, Texas. Alvarenga was awakened by a loud noise and discovered two suspects who had forcibly entered through the back door.
