Foster LaVerne Grant IV, a 26-year-old chiropractic student, tragically lost his life in the early morning hours of September 12, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri. Grant, who was pursuing his doctoral education at Cleveland University, was found shot to death near Westport Road and Broadway Boulevard.
