In the early days of 2021, the life of 35-year-old Frank W. Peters was tragically cut short, marking the first homicide of the new year in Kansas City, Missouri. On the evening of January 6th, police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Peters in the 11400 block of Oak Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
