Frank W. Peters, aged 35, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of 115th Street and Holmes Road. Responding to reports of gunshots, police discovered Peters suffering from gunshot wounds in the 11400 block of Oak Street. He was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) identified this case as the first homicide of 2021. A
