Michael Uttley, a 34-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically found shot to death on March 21, 2021. The incident occurred in the 400 block of South White Avenue, where police responded to a call about a shooting around 6 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Uttley's body inside a residence.
