Charles Anthony Blakey, aged 38, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and tragic. On that fateful day, officers from the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department responded to a call about a vehicle that had crashed into a residence on the 2800 block of Indiana Avenue.
