Travis Mills, a 25-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 1500 block of East 97th Street in South Kansas City. According to reports, Mills was involved in a drug deal at the time of his death. He had recently returned from Colorado with $750 worth of marijuana, which he intended to sell.
