In the winter of 2020, the life of 30-year-old Bryce Anthony Pulliam, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. On the night of December 18th, what began as an outing with friends descended into violence. An altercation occurred, and in the ensuing moments, Pulliam was shot. The incident took place near East 18th Street and Kansas Avenue. Emergency services rushed him to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved fatal.
