In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Kansas City, Missouri, the vibrant atmosphere near the Power and Light District was shattered by the sound of gunfire. It was on June 30, 2024, that 28-year-old Dominick Turner’s life was tragically cut short. The incident occurred around 3:26 a.m. in the vicinity of 12th Street and Grand Boulevard, where a large crowd had gathered in a parking lot.
