Joseph Mason Sr., aged 67, tragically passed away on January 11, 2019, in Kansas City, Missouri. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred inside his apartment located near 11th and Hardesty Avenue. On the day of the incident, police responded to reports of gunshots and found Mason unresponsive with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
