Death by Force

On July 21, 2024, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Kansas City police responded to reports of a shooting near East 13th Street and The Paseo. Upon arrival, officers found 19-year-old Xavier Williams unresponsive on the ground, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
