On September 6, 2023, at approximately 7:10 p.m., 24-year-old Devin Deontrae Sparkman was shot in the 11300 block of Bristol Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri. Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, Devin succumbed to his injuries on the morning of September 8, 2023.
