Darren Thompson, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on November 17, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, just before 2 a.m., near East 10th Street and Chestnut Avenue. The Kansas City Police Department responded to a call reporting the sound of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered Thompson had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
