Cleveland Fuller III, aged 36, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2020, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred at a gas station on Winner Road around 2:45 a.m. Medics found Fuller dead inside the gas station, having been shot. Surveillance footage captured the incident, showing Fuller walking past the suspect, Matthew D. Harris, without any acknowledgment or verbal confrontation. Fuller was not believed to have been in possession of a firearm at the time of the shooting.
