Saul Flores-Norzagaray, aged 39, was found shot to death in Kansas City, Missouri, on the morning of July 21, 2019. According to reports, officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 17th Street around 3 a.m. following a shooting call. Upon arrival, they discovered Flores-Norzagaray deceased at the scene. The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) immediately began investigating the incident as a possible homicide.
