Marvin Francois, a 50-year-old photographer and father of four from Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on May 31, 2020. Francois was shot and killed during an attempted carjacking by three men while he was picking up his son from a protest for George Floyd. The incident occurred at 46th and Warwick, where Francois was shot three times and died at the scene.
