On the evening of April 18, 2014, a violent incident occurred at a BP gas station located at 4501 Cleveland Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Kavyea Curry, a 34-year-old male, had just finished pumping gas and was sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle.
