Jaiair Strong, a 15-year-old student from Raytown High School, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2016, in Kansas City, Missouri. Jaiair was shot near East 39th Street and Willow Avenue. After being shot, he managed to run to a nearby house for help, where the resident called 911. Despite efforts to save him, Jaiair succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. His death left his family and community devastated, with his mother expressing profound grief and guilt over the loss.
