Carlos Martinez-Ramirez, a 30-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2022. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 8900 block of Longview Road in south Kansas City. According to reports, Kansas City police officers responded to a call about a person on the ground and found Martinez-Ramirez suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being discovered.
