Frank Richardson, a 26-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on October 12, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning near East 30th Street and Walrond Avenue. Police were called to the scene around 6:15 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Frank Richardson deceased inside a house. Another individual, who was also injured, later arrived at a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
