Samuel B. Cummins, a 20-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically passed away on August 27, 2019. His death was the result of multiple gunshot wounds, as he was found deceased inside his apartment located at West 75th Street and Washington Street. The apartment building where the incident occurred provides housing and support to young adults aging out of foster care, operated by a group called ReDiscover.
