Timothy Woods, a 51-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound sustained on December 31, 2016. On that fateful New Year's Eve, Woods was sitting inside a vehicle in the area of College and Gregory when a shot was fired into the back of the vehicle.
