On the final night of 2016, a chaotic scene unfolded in Kansas City, Missouri, that would tragically end the life of 51-year-old Timothy Woods. In the early morning hours of New Year's Eve, Woods was a passenger in a car near the intersection of College Avenue and Gregory Boulevard. Suddenly, the sound of five gunshots shattered the predawn quiet.
