Gregory Payton Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Kansas City, Kansas, was found dead on the morning of July 6, 2019, in Kansas City, Missouri. His body was discovered inside a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 3900 block of Topping Avenue.
