On September 2, 2023, at approximately 4:45 a.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 3100 block of Harrison Street. Upon arrival, they discovered two adult males who had been fatally shot. The victims were identified as 23-year-old Dillan Keon Rashard Zeno and 28-year-old Steven Lydell Williams II.
