Gabriel Christopher Raphael Williams, a 14-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2021. The incident occurred outside a residence in the 9500 block of James A. Reed Road. According to reports, Gabriel was found with a stolen handgun next to him and two spent shell casings nearby. Surveillance footage captured Gabriel with his hands up, seemingly in confrontation with a white Chevrolet Malibu, from which shots were fired.
