Edgar Arody Huerta-Quintero, a 37-year-old man from San Diego, California, went missing on January 27, 2020. He informed his family that he was planning to cross the border into Tijuana, Mexico. After maintaining contact with his family through January 27 or 28, Edgar stopped communicating and has not been heard from since.
