Robert Miller Missing Person Case

Robert Charlton Miller, aged 30, was last seen on February 1, 1997, in San Diego, California. On that day, Miller rented a 19-foot fishing boat from Seaforth Boat Rentals to go fishing in the Pacific Ocean. He departed around 9:45 a.m., but at 11:00 a.m., a passing boater found the boat adrift with no one aboard. The boat's motor was off, the keys were in the ignition, and fishing equipment, including a baited rod and a life vest, were still on board.
