The decedent appears to be a 60 to 65 year-old Caucasian male who is believed to have been homeless in downtown San Diego. On the afternoon of 05/13/2024, the decedent was found unresponsive by a bystander that was walking along the street and noticed the decedent did not look well. He tried to wake the decedent and received no response and placed a 9-1-1 call. Paramedics arrived on scene first, evaluated the decedent and confirmed his death due to rigidity in the extremities.
