Frank O'Brien, 55, was last seen on April 4, 2023, while sailing from Mazatlán, Mexico, to San Diego, California, aboard the *Ocean Bound*, a 44-foot vessel. He was traveling with his wife, Kerry O'Brien, and their friend, William Gross. The group planned to stop in Cabo San Lucas on April 6, but there was no record of them arriving. Despite extensive search efforts by the U.S. Coast Guard and Mexican Navy, no trace of the boat or its passengers has been found, and their fate remains unknown.
