Jorge Garcia, 55, was last seen on June 2, 1999, after he and his wife, Antonia Garcia, left their jobs at Viejas Casino in San Diego, California, to return to their home in Tijuana, Mexico. They never made it back, and both were reported missing after not returning to work. Shortly after their disappearance, a neighbor in Tijuana informed Antonia's sister that their house had burned down, raising further concerns.
