The decedent was a 35-45 year-old, yet to be identified Hispanic male, who was homeless in San Diego. According to initial reports , on the evening of 11/06/2021 the decedent attempted to cross Interstate route 8 at Texas St in the city of San Diego. The decedent was struck by multiple vehicles.
