Victor Campos, age 28, was last seen on August 12, 2007. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, he informed a family member that he was planning to visit Tijuana, Mexico. Investigations later revealed that Victor may have been accompanied by a friend named Christian Torres, and they were reportedly in San Diego at some point. However, it is unclear if he ever made it to his intended destination in Tijuana.
