Joseph Harold Horrevoets, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on February 10, 2012, in San Diego, California. Joseph had been aboard a boat heading towards Rosarito, Mexico, when the vessel capsized in San Diego Bay. The Mexican Navy rescued one occupant from the boat, but Joseph remained missing. Despite search efforts, including a dive operation by the San Diego Harbor Police, no further trace of Joseph was found.
