Paul Noel, a 35-year-old man from San Diego, California, was last seen on March 16, 1987. On that day, he went to a bank on Balboa Avenue to deposit a $700 check given to him by his mother. However, the money was never deposited, raising concerns about his disappearance. After visiting the bank, he was reportedly dropped off near Mission Bay. This was the last confirmed sighting of him, and he has not been heard from since.
