On a late Tuesday evening in Muskegon, Michigan, the sound of gunfire shattered the peace of a neighborhood, leaving a family and community in mourning. On September 5, 2017, 62-year-old DL Bell, a male resident of Muskegon, was tragically killed in a shooting that also injured two other men. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. on Terrace Street, just off of Laketon Avenue.
