Branson Lamar Cooper Jr., an 18-year-old from Muskegon, Michigan, tragically lost his life on December 30, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:45 a.m., in the 500 block of Glen Oaks Drive. Responding to reports of gunshots, Muskegon police officers found Branson suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest. Despite being transported to Mercy ER for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
