On a late afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas, a dispute inside a Little Caesars pizza restaurant escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of 33-year-old Marcus Fleming. The Black / African American man was inside the eatery located at 3412 S. University Avenue on August 29, 2019, when an argument erupted between him and an employee.
