On August 29, 2019, a tragic incident occurred at a Little Caesars restaurant located at 3412 S. University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. Marcus Fleming, a 33-year-old customer, was fatally shot inside the establishment. Witnesses reported that an argument erupted between Fleming and an employee, Domeque Latrice Jones, 26, which escalated into violence.
