On February 10, 2014, 21-year-old Jonathan "Jay Tee" William Talley was fatally shot at the Quarter Note Club, located at 4726 Asher Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. during an altercation inside the club that escalated into gunfire. In addition to Talley, three other men in their 20s sustained gunshot wounds during the shooting.
