In the quiet, early morning hours of August 9, 2015, the tranquility of a typically peaceful Little Rock neighborhood was shattered by the sound of multiple gunshots. Inside his home at 6901 Colonel Glenn Road, 55-year-old Dennis Lee Sobba and his family were startled by the commotion of several cars and people gathering outside.
